Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like from workspace settings. Upgrades take effect straight away and we prorate the difference. A move back to Basic takes effect at the end of the billing period. You don't need to call us or sign a contract.
Basic is free for up to 5 users. Pro is billed per active user, monthly or annually (annual saves about 20%), and users you add or remove mid-cycle are prorated. Enterprise is a custom contract: a fixed price for an agreed number of users.
No. Every new workspace gets every feature free for 30 days, and we don't ask for a card. After that, it moves to the free Basic plan (up to 5 users) unless you upgrade. Add billing details only if you upgrade.
Yes, on every plan. Clock-ins are recorded on the device with their GPS and verification result, queued locally, and reconciled deterministically the moment a connection returns.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Location and face checks are consent-based, and selfies are deleted once they're matched unless you choose to keep them. You own your data and can export it at any time. Enterprise adds SSO, audit logs and role-based policies.
Anytime, with no lock-in. If you cancel a paid plan you keep access until the end of the period, and you can always export your records first. We don't refund the current month. Cancel an annual plan within 14 days of paying and we refund the unused part.
