Delete it in the app
- Open the Clocknet app and sign in.
- Go to Profile, then Privacy & data.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read what will happen, enter your password and confirm. If you sign in with single sign-on, sign in again first and confirm within 10 minutes.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on every device. This cannot be undone.
What is erased
- Your name, email address, phone number and profile photo.
- Your face verification data.
- Your devices, sign-ins and notification tokens.
What your employer keeps
Your employer is usually required by law to keep working-time and payroll records. Your time entries, timesheets, pay and leave records stay with your organization. They are no longer linked to your name, only to your employee code, so payroll can still be reconciled. How long they are kept is decided by your employer.
No access to the app?
Ask your organization's Clocknet administrator: they manage your account and can remove it. You can also contact Clocknet support; we will confirm your identity with your organization before acting.
For your security, accounts are never deleted from a web form without signing in.
